 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress by coordinating all activities, resolving problems.
 I prepare detailed drawing designs on time for workshop fabrications and site use (working drawings and As-in-installed drawings).
 Accesses project specifications by studying the drawings, customer requirements, and performance standards.
 Completing technical studies for the contracted project(s) or jobs aimed for fabrication.
 Preparing cost estimates that may accrue prior or during the course of fabrication/installation works.
 I ensure that the drawings are followed on point and As-in-built drawings are issued to the client.
 Preparing detailed progress reports for all on-going activities in a project.
 Attending site meetings.
 Preparing work progress reports to help in capturing valuation and variation estimate costs.
 Supervise the site workers, direct in case of work challenge and resolving problems.
 I do correspondence emails to the client and the concern project team members involved in the project works.
 Trouble shooting, manning the repair and maintenance of workshop and site machines.
