Job Description/Requirements

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platform
• Monitor trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and follower growth
• Write compelling captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and tags
• Track analytics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements
• Support in running paid social media campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• A good understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
• Ablity to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with basic photo/video editing
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools
