Digital Presence Management

• Website & Social Media Oversight: Manage daily content and engagement across the company’s website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms to maintain an active and consistent online presence.
• Content Design & Scheduling: Create or curate content that reflects the company’s brand voice and business objectives, and schedule posts using digital tools for maximum reach and engagement.

Digital Advertising & Performance Tracking

• Paid Campaigns Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and key digital metrics (e.g., CTR, impressions, engagement, ROI) and compile regular reports to inform marketing strategy and budget decisions.

Content Development & Asset Management

• Marketing Collateral Creation: Design or support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, whitepapers, proposals, and case studies that reflect technical competence and brand identity.
• Media Coordination: Coordinate video and photo shoots for campaigns, events, or content libraries. Ensure all digital assets are organized, tagged, and stored in a central marketing repository.

Campaign Execution & Sales Support

• Campaign Rollout: Support the execution of marketing campaigns linked to sales goals, including landing pages, email marketing, and downloadable lead magnets.
• Lead Generation Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to monitor lead sources, qualify inbound leads, and adjust marketing efforts based on lead performance data.

Events & Market Intelligence

• Event Management: Organize and coordinate logistics for trade shows, client demos, or promotional events, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Competitor & Market Insights: Monitor competitor marketing activity, digital presence, and industry trends to produce quarterly intelligence reports that inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in ICT or technical sectors.
• Proficiency in digital tools: Canva, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot/Zoho.
• Experience in campaign reporting, SEO, and marketing automation.
