Information Technology Manager Job
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic IT Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience to lead our organization’s IT operations and strategy. The ideal candidate is an expert in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise software systems, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring our IT systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall IT roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team (helpdesk, infrastructure, devs).
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, data centers, and cloud-based services.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery, and compliance (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Software & Systems Oversight: Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and custom software development lifecycles.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate vendor contracts, manage IT budgets, and optimize costs.
- User Support & Training: Ensure delivery of high-quality IT support to all users; organize training on new systems and protocols.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Required Qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with IT infrastructure, systems integration, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), and network security.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
