Graduate Trainee (Quality Assurance / Quality Control)
- We’re looking for passionate and self-driven fresh graduates to join our QA/QC team in the bakery industry. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in food safety, product quality, and compliance with global standards, working alongside industry experts in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards on production lines.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Support the implementation of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Participate in internal audits and document corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields.
- Strong interest in food quality and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic production environmen
