Responsibilities
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)/Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN)
- Higher National Diploma in Kenya Registered Accident & Emergency Nursing
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or must obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Valid License
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in emergency or acute care nursing
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal communication
