Qualifications & Skills

• College Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
