Responsibilities
- Manage clients and brokers; handle inquiries and service issues
- Policy issuance, renewals, endorsements & underwriting support
- Claims processing and coordination with assessors
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
- Ensure compliance and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance operations
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance principles and MS Office
