Senior Experience and Engagement Specialist
The Senior Experience and Engagement Specialist is part of CloudFactory’s Organizational Development (OD) team, whose mission is to unlock potential by building capabilities and fostering a thriving culture, enabling CloudFactory to achieve exceptional performance and long-term organizational health.
This role will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of CloudFactory’s experience and engagement programs for Core and Cloud teams. Operate under general direction to execute engagement activities, collect insights, and coordinate initiatives that foster belonging, recognition, and alignment with CloudFactory’s Culture Code. Provide hands-on assistance to the Experience & Engagement Principal in ensuring programs run smoothly and contribute to organizational health and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Program Support & Coordination
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engagement activities (e.g., Toli programs, Sprout sessions, recognition initiatives, CSP projects).
- Coordinate logistics for surveys, team events, and cultural rituals to ensure smooth execution.
- Support scheduling, communications, and follow-up actions for engagement programs.
Employee Listening & Feedback
- Administer Core and Cloud Your Say and pulse surveys, ensuring accurate deployment and data collection.
- Support the synthesis of survey insights and prepare draft reports/recommendations.
- Track participation in engagement initiatives and flag trends or areas needing improvement.
Communication & Collaboration
- Draft and circulate communications related to engagement programs, policies, and events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to engagement or participation.
- Maintain clear records, dashboards, and reporting templates for leadership updates.
Policy & Process Support
- Partner with the People and Communications teams to ensure clear dissemination of policies.
- Monitor adherence to cultural practices and InfoSec training requirements, escalating gaps.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes, tools, and templates.
Team Contribution & Growth
- Provide support to colleagues and guidance to peers where needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute constructive feedback.
- Take ownership of personal development goals, applying new skills to enhance contribution.
Requirements
Competencies Requirements
Knowledge:
- Foundational understanding of organizational development and change management concepts.
- Awareness of performance management and employee engagement practices.
- Basic knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Basic skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design to support communications and engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Comfort with handling data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, organizational development, HR, people operations, or internal communications.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling engagement initiatives that directly impact organizational culture and employee experience.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams to drive alignment and adoption of engagement strategies.
- Experience in employee listening systems (surveys, focus groups, feedback loops) and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong background in culture-building programs, recognition frameworks, and change initiatives across global and multicultural environments.
- Experience with data-driven engagement strategies, including the use of analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure impact.
- Exposure to communications strategy (internal branding, storytelling, multi-channel campaigns).
