Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and target new business opportunities within the existing/new account in the region. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, provide tailored technology solutions, and articulate the value proposition of products and services effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest Industry trend, ensuring a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and the ability to explain them to clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and work closely with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support,product) to deliver optimal client solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable experience in IT technology sales, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
  • Sound functional knowledge of the Banking Industry and solution oriented
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 8 – 10years of experience in the mentioned geography
  • A minimum of 8 Years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Technology Sales from BFSI/Fintech space would be an ideal fit.
