Type of Qualification: First Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Law (KSL)
Professional Requirements
- Duly Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- Active member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK)
Experience Required
- Legal
- 5-7 years
- Proven experience in case planning, development and management, legal research, drafting and analysing legal documents, with at least 3 years within the legal and/or financial sectors.
- Multiskilled Legal Advisor with expertise in corporate law, financial & banking regulations, contract negotiation, litigation management, risk assessment and structuring and execution of transactions in line with applicable laws, market practice and the Bank’s practices, policies and procedures.
