I am a passionate professional with over 15 years of experience in the capacities of operations director, marketing manager, supply chain manager and business development manager.

I have a BSc. in Agriculture, an MBA in Strategic Management and currently doing my thesis for MSc. in Agricultural Economics.

 

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a team player and have managed teams in busy and demanding agricultural operations with up to 1000 workers and expertly guided them to help achieve organizational goals and objectives and grow profits. I have in all my previous engagements hit and exceeded my targets and ensured the organizations I have worked for have remained profitable enterprises. I am experienced in carrying out SWOT analysis for organizations and through structured research are able point out the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and apply my skills to enable the organization to realize its objectives
