Our client, a new 5-star hotel in Qatar, is looking to fill multiple Waitress positions. The successful candidates must be well groomed, friendly, patient and have the ability to learn how to deliver an outstanding dining experience to 5-star customers. Candidates will be expected to start in June/July and must have completed KCSE minimum. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Greeting customers, multitasking, and ability to keep up with fast-paced environments.
• Inform customers about specials of the day.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Check customer IDs on alcoholic beverages when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Must be female.
• Must be clean and very well groomed.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Must have positive attitude.
• Must be willing to Learn.
• Must be polite and cooperate well within a team.
• Must have a valid good conduct certificate.
• Must have a passport.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Must be able to work in shifts, maybe at weekends or during holidays.
• Experience as a waitress will be an added advantage but not essential.
