Description
Big Square is a casual dining, Kenyan restaurant founded in 2012. The first restaurant was first opened at Karen Square which later closed down allowing expansion into 11 branches in Nairobi (10) and Mombasa (1). In 2015, the PIZZA MOJO brand was introduced in Nairobi with the first outlet opening next to Big Square at Adlife Plaza.

- Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
- Additional qualification in food production is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and experience with Restaurant ERP systems (POS/GAAP).
- Strong understanding of administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Advocate for FOH team welfare to maintain a motivated workforce and exceptional customer service.
- Food Safety & Quality: Ensure only high-quality products are served by overseeing the final delivery to customers.
- Team Management: Review sales and service performance, provide feedback, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure BOH products meet set standards.
- Driving Branch Business: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve budgeted profits by adhering to the BOH budget plan.

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
- Experience with Restaurant ERP Systems (POS/GAAP).
- A good understanding of administration work.
- Food production-related course qualification will be a plus.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word/Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate entire restaurant (BOH & FOH) for customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales & profitability by upholding controls and procedures.
- Enforce product quality through spot checks and supervision.
- Responsible for occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
- Assist in staff training for operating standards & positive work environment.
- Constantly monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during service times.
