Upper & Junior School Facilitator

• Facilitate assigned learning areas (Mathematics, Creative Arts & Sports, Kiswahili, Social Studies) to Upper & Junior School classes.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured, competency-based lessons aligned with CBE.
• Use projects, practical tasks and assessments to build skills, not just memorisation.
• Support learners’ academic and personal growth in alignment with CBE principles.
• Mark and record assessments accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum, events and co-curricular programmes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education — relevant learning areas preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience at primary / junior level.
• Strong classroom management, planning and assessment skills.
• Passion for holistic education and mentorship.
