UAT Coordinator – Core Banking (T24/Temenos)
Role Overview
The UAT Coordinator is responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core banking implementations or upgrades (T24/Temenos). The role ensures that business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go-live.
Responsibilities
- evelop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelines
- Coordinate UAT activities across business units
- Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios
- Ensure availability of UAT environments and test data
- Facilitate UAT sessions and defect triage
- Track execution progress and provide reports
- Manage UAT defect lifecycle
- Ensure regulatory scenarios are tested
- Coordinate business sign-off
- Support training and change management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 4–7 years’ experience in UAT coordination within banking projects
- Hands-on experience with T24/Temenos
- Stron
- g understanding of banking operations
- Familiarity with SDLC and testing lifecycle
- Experience with tools such as JIRA or HP ALM
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
