Tupande Quality Assurance Supervisor (Fixed-Term)
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the setup and efficient day-day operation of the laboratory with a goal of ensuring quality standards are achieved in all areas of factory operations You will be part of Tupande Soko and will report directly to Quality Assurance Manager. This role is based in Sagana at Tupande Soko factory and is on site.

- Inspect incoming raw materials, conduct several tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Record results, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and regularly monitor stored final product
- Implement Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) requirements during shifts.
- Participate in food safety audits, meetings, and ensure the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) is followed throughout processing.
- Conduct tests on wastewater to ensure it meets safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
- Familiarity with food safety management system, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace
