Position Overview:

• Lead a small team to ensure installations, commissioning and user training are done as per the company's protocols.
• Support the customer service team in after-sales services including addressing customers concerns in a timely manner
• Provide feedback on the functionality of all current operating systems
• The Team Lead Technician will be reporting to the operations manager

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of biogas systems in different locations as assigned
• Providing biogas user training to all the customers
• Providing quality after-sale service to all the existing customers
• Troubleshooting and providing maintenance services to the customers
• Providing feedback on the system’s functionality through the technical department

Education/Skills:

• Diploma in Agricultural Engineering or it’s equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in an equivalent industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili
• Must be able to lead and delegate a small team
• Must be willing to relocate to the operation area in Kiambu county
