Description
The main activities of this role will be:
- To facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
- To drive seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles
- To ensure an amazing experience for both our candidates and hiring teams
- To keep re-thinking our hiring procedures and methodology in order to ensure the best service to our teams
- To make sure that all people involved in the hiring process knows what they need to do and have the tools to do so
- To maintain our tools and systems (Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) and make sure that all information is reliable and up to date
- To partner with Agencies, Firms, Job boards, etc. to complement our internal sourcing efforts
- To contribute in sourcing when required
- To coach other members of the team, in particular TA Jr Business Partners
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
JOB SKILLS, MINDSETS & EXPERIENCE
- +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Coaching, Sales, etc.
- Psychology/ Coaching background is a plus
- You can facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
- You can run seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles
- You possess great emotional Intelligence skills and you apply them when collaborating with candidates and hiring teams
- You are a great communicator & storyteller who can communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- You possess outstanding project management skills and can drive flawless processes
- You are a great negotiator and enjoy persuading people
- You have experience leading high-impact teams
