Description

The main activities of this role will be:

  • To facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
  • To drive seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles
  • To ensure an amazing experience for both our candidates and hiring teams
  • To keep re-thinking our hiring procedures and methodology in order to ensure the best service to our teams
  • To make sure that all people involved in the hiring process knows what they need to do and have the tools to do so
  • To maintain our tools and systems (Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) and make sure that all information is reliable and up to date
  • To partner with Agencies, Firms, Job boards, etc. to complement our internal sourcing efforts
  • To contribute in sourcing when required
  • To coach other members of the team, in particular TA Jr Business Partners

JOB SKILLS, MINDSETS & EXPERIENCE

  • +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Coaching, Sales, etc.
  • Psychology/ Coaching background is a plus
  • You can facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
  • You can run seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles
  • You possess great emotional Intelligence skills and you apply them when collaborating with candidates and hiring teams
  • You are a great communicator & storyteller who can communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • You possess outstanding project management skills and can drive flawless processes
  • You are a great negotiator and enjoy persuading people
  • You have experience leading high-impact teams
