Duties and responsibilities

  • Cooking and preparing meals
  • Step-up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
  • Managing the kitchen and health & safety requirements, maintaining food safety standards,
  • Developing the menu and adhering to high standards of preparation, delivery and presentation of food.
  • Make sure products are baked in time for customer orders.
  • Acting as the key communication point between the kitchen and the front of house team, and creating a daily specials menu.Qualifications
