Duties and responsibilities
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Step-up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
- Managing the kitchen and health & safety requirements, maintaining food safety standards,
- Developing the menu and adhering to high standards of preparation, delivery and presentation of food.
- Make sure products are baked in time for customer orders.
- Acting as the key communication point between the kitchen and the front of house team, and creating a daily specials menu.Qualifications
