• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 100+ warehouse staff across multiple shifts.
• Oversee the entire warehouse operation including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Implement and maintain efficient stock control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate closely with logistics teams to streamline distribution and transportation processes.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Manage warehouse budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role within the furniture industry.
• Proven experience managing 50 or more staff members in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong background in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems specific to the furniture industry.
