Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to join our organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will also oversee program hiring and the outsourcing partner.
Responsibilities
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.
Candidate Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
- Ensure all applicants for all roles have been closed out within a timely manner, and feedback is provided where applicable
Coordination and Logistics
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage candidate travel arrangements where applicable.
- Prepare interview materials and assist hiring managers in conducting effective interviews.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Support in generating reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
Employer Branding
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Support social media recruitment efforts by creating and sharing engaging content to showcase the company culture and employment opportunities.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and data protection laws & regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and distribute employment-related documentation, including offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Any other duties and roles assigned to you by your manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 Years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
- Experience working in an agency and in-house
- Excellent Data skills with high comfort levels working with Excel
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
