Scrum Master – Retail Domain Job
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of the retail domain to join our agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams in Agile practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact retail technology solutions. Your understanding of retail operations, omnichannel workflows, and digital commerce will be critical in guiding the teams and ensuring business alignment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Stakeholders to ensure delivery goals are met
- Ensure sprint goals are achieved and guide the team in achieving high-quality deliverables
- Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally) for tracking, reporting, and improving transparency
- Drive dependency management, risk identification, and timely escalation when necessary
- Leverage your understanding of the retail business (stores, inventory, e-commerce, supply chain) to guide development priorities and translate business goals into sprint-level execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by influence, resolve conflict, and foster team accountability
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
