Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to successfully introduce and position the new brand in South Africa.
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key clients in retail, architecture, interior design, and construction sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with stakeholders across the value chain.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and effective route-to-market execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the company's high standards of service and integrity.
- Build strong client relationships, and driving sales across multiple routes to market, including retailers, architects, designers, and construction companies.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, being able to meet targets and extend distribution channels.
- Proven experience within the tiles, granite, porcelain, kitchen tops or related industry (essential).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Honest, proactive, and target-driven professional.
