The Unatues company is opening its office in Kenya and hiring call center operators. We are looking for people who are able to actively promote health and beauty products. It is a remote full-time position with the convenience of working from home, please note that a computer/laptop and stable WiFi are the musts. The calls to the customers are going to be recorded.
Candidates conduct an initial training course followed by a test-drive day during which our supervisors listen and analyze the performance.
- Making outbound calls, establish rapport with clients by using effective communication skills.
- Active promotion, answering customer's questions about the company and its products.
- Efficient use of the given scripts.
- Preserving the company's reputation while handling customers' insecurities and complaints with professional etiquette and patience.
- Meeting monthly sales targets, effectively close sales.
- Stable internet connection -WIFI. In possession of a computer/laptop.
- Experience in telemarketing or successful sales expertise.
- Result-driven and goal-oriented.
- Communication skills, a positive approach to work, enthusiasm.
- High level of responsibility and ability to work under little supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of English - oral and written communication skills
- Solid customer service orientation.
