We are looking for a superstar business development executive who will build their network of partnerships with social enterprises, agritechs and off takers that provide credit, inputs or other forms of support to smallholder farmers; with the goal of bundling insurance with the credit/inputs.

The candidate may be based anywhere in the world and will focus on organisations based in Asia and in Africa.

Your responsibilities: Business Development and Sales:

The candidate will approach target organisations, qualify opportunities and, ultimately, close on business partnerships that bundle insurance with inputs/credit provided by social enterprises, agritechs and off takers supporting the smallholder farmer

Your strengths and experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales with strong business development skills.
  • Experience selling to agricultural social enterprises, micro finance and/or agritechs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High-level of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Agile and explorative by nature.
