Responsibilities
key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Director in coordinating and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met.
- Help develop and design presentations by conducting research, organizing content, and ensuring high-quality visual and written outputs.
- Oversee the CIO’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure effective time management by coordinating meetings and travel.
- Assist with donor relationship management, ensuring personalized communication and engagement strategies are tailored to impact-first investors and donors.
- Plan and execute donor events and investor meetings, handling logistics, follow-ups, and strengthening partnerships.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials with in-depth research on donor priorities, histories, and interests to support fundraising efforts.
- Oversee timelines for fundraising submissions, ensuring high-quality materials are submitted on schedule.
- Optimize the use of tools like Asana for project management, ensuring efficient tracking of tasks and communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
- Sound Interpersonal and Administration skills
