Receptionist
We are looking for a vibrant and professional Receptionist to join our team in Mombasa. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences while keeping the front desk running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver a warm coastal hospitality experience
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality
- Fully conversant with Opera PMS (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be based in Mombasa or nearby
