Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and cost plans
- Assist with tendering and bid evaluations Support value engineering for cost efficiency
- Monitor budgets and manage cost control
- Draft and manage contracts
- Ensure contract compliance and resolve disputes
- Advise on contractual risks and obligations
- Coordinate with project teams and clients
- Provide regular cost and progress reports
- Review designs for budget alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in construction or interior design projects
- Strong knowledge of construction & fit- out processes
- Proficient in cost estimating software Familiar with local building codes, procurement & contract law
- BORAQs/IOSK professional membership is an added advantages
