Responsibilities

  • Professional Diploma or Degree in Management/Security Related course
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar or equivalent position in a security Set up.
  • Must be a holder of a valid driving license.
  • Valid Certificate of Good conduct.
  • Proficient in English and Swahili. Both Written and spoken.

You will be expected to:

  • Coordinate daily security supervision and operations; giving daily briefs to management
  • Oversee, Recruiting, training and deployment of security guards.
  • Handle client liaison on behalf of the company
  • Develop and enforce security protocols, policies and procedures to all guards and Company Staff
  • Prepare and control the budget for security operations.
  • Promptly attend to incidents, investigations, preparation and presentation of all incident reports
  • Oversee security and safety of company offices/assets and personnel
  • Do business pitching to Clients and generate sales Revenue streams, to attain set targets
