- Office Practice I;
- Commerce 1;
OR
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) or its equivalent from a recognized Institution;
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police Service,
- Certificate in computer applications; and
- Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in work performance and results.
