• Responsible for operation and mechanical maintenance activities of water system, chiller, Hot water generator, AHU, boiler, air compressor, ETP, and other utility equipment’s.
• Technical expertise in utility equipment operation, maintenance, and strong analytical skills to identify trends, troubleshoot & implement corrective actions.
• Responsible for the implementation of spares management for utility systems. Also, will be responsible for cross-functional coordination as required for completing the utility-related activities.
• Responsible for maintenance data creation, i.e., preventive maintenance planner, checklist, validation & celebration schedules, maintenance task lists, operation logbook & SOP’s, CAPA & other required regulatory documents.
• • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical utility maintenanceResponsible for in-house projects planning and execution, coordination with vendors & contractors for routine maintenance activities.
