Description
CDL was founded in early 2003 by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.
- The Healthcare Manager / Hospital Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital branch. This includes managing hospital departments, ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing patient care delivery, and maintaining high standards of compliance and safety. The role is designed for an individual who has a passion for healthcare administration, a strong leadership background, and the ability to balance operational oversight with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- The successful candidate is expected to be a strategic thinker, an effective leader, and one who can build strong relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. This position is crucial in ensuring that the hospital branch functions effectively and that patients receive exceptional care in a well-managed environment

Requirements
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, Bachelor’s/diploma Clinical Medicine, Bachelor’s/diploma in nursing, Bachelor’s in health systems management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and clinical care delivery systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, leading teams, and driving improvements in operational efficiency and patient care.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working across various departments to achieve organizational goals
