Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
Launch and grow a field sales channel to complement retail operations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within Narok.
Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Set and manage individual and team sales targets.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and motivate a high-performing team of retail and field sales staff.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Manage change effectively and implement growth-focused initiatives.
Identify training needs and oversee team development programs.
Operational Efficiency
Supervise day-to-day branch operations including inventory, logistics, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Manage branch budgets, control costs, and optimize resources.
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
Ensure the branch is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, farmers, and agribusinesses.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collect and share customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Act as the primary liaison for clients within the branch territory.
Reporting & Administration
Submit timely reports on sales, performance metrics, and branch activities to the Operations Manager.
Maintain thorough records of customer engagements and sales operations.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and payment tracking.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales or branch Supervision, preferably in FMCG or agriculture-related sectors.
Proven leadership experience managing field and retail sales teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Narok region and local market dynamics is an added advantage.
