- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong organization & follow-up ability
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at reception
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain front office order
- Provide administrative support to various departments
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
