Job Purpose StatementThe Engineer Collaboration role is to ensure support is provided to the bank’s Unified Communication and Contact Center infrastructure, Teams, SharePoint and Email. This includes maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas with external vendors, system experts and consultants.
