HR & Recruitment Assistant Job
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resource & Recruitment Assistant to support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR, recruitment, and digital marketing, and ready to grow with an ambitious company
Responsibilities
- Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms including WhatsApp groups, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and organize interviews with candidates on behalf of the agency and its clients.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment briefs.
- Support the marketing of the agency\’s services via social media and other online platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Provide timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Assist in onboarding processes and general HR administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support (start-up experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong social media skills and familiarity with content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, creative, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
