Amedo Kenya is a company that distributes and markets household appliances and electronic goods. It wishes to recruit an energetic and high self-motivated Human Resources Assistant.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in Development and implementation of HR strategies in line with the business strategy
- Assist in the Recruitment and Selection process
- Assist management in handling employee relations, demands, grievances or other issues.
- Assist in CBA negotiations and conclusion
- Assist in monitoring and implementation of applicable human resource laws of Kenya
Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
- Possession of other professional qualifications in Human Resources would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3years experience in Human Resource Management and Administration
- Knowledge of Labour Laws and Human Resource best practices
- Have well developed planning, analytical, communication, presentation, report writing, and interperso
