HR & Admin Executive

·         Searching of office space, finalization of office and complete the office set up.

·         Statutory and legal formalities for new office set up and coordinate with the legal authorities

·         Selection of candidates, recruitment and induction, employee appraisals, performance analysis, rewards, and incentives.

·         Attendance maintains and Payroll management, Handle statutory complaints of the employees and responsible for collection of daily reports from employees.

·         Manage office supplies, stocks, and place orders, maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment, arrangement of tickets and accommodation for employees for official tours.

·         Official letter drafting, rent agreement, vendor agreement preparation and renewal time to time.

·         Overall maintaining Work Culture, resolving conflicts, build up employee relations and handling external or internal communication or management systems

Ideal candidate should be having 5 years of relevant experiences and should be a self-starter and fluent is English and Swahili in both spoken and written
