Job Description/Requirements

• Head – Infrastructure & Integration Services (IIS)
• Qualifications Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline (preferred)
• Relevant professional certifications such as:
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) or VMware certifications

Experience:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and integration
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or head-of-function role managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated experience overseeing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center management, and hybrid environments
• Proven track record in enterprise systems integration, platform migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Strong experience managing third-party vendors and IT outsourcing

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies
• Proficiency in DevOps, automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Expertise in cloud services architecture and governance
• Experience with enterprise middleware, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and API management
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

Leadership & Strategic Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align IT infrastructure goals with business objectives
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management capabilities
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and drive change in complex environments
• Budgeting and financial acumen related to IT infrastructure investments
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at executive and operational levels
