Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth via business development (new franchise launches and new key account partnerships) within existing Operating Companies (OpCos) in
  • alignment with the COO
  • Provide commercial mentorship and oversight to OpCos
  • Lead commercial planning across all OpCos

International Market Expansion

  • Identify and lead new country expansion initiatives, including early-stage market research, pilot coordination, and partner identification
  • Lead & manage Area Master Franchise partnerships (existing & new) Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership
  • Lead Jibu’s marketing strategy and activities
  • Refine and evolve Jibu’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to align with company growth.
    • Drive alignment between country-level marketing teams and group-level brand goals.
      • A self-starter and initiator with an intrinsic motivation to perform
      • Highly motivated to Get Things Done in an autonomous an independent matter
      • Strong entrepreneurial and business instincts
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
      • Perfect written and spoken English and knowledge
        • Experience in a mission-driven or impact enterprise
        • Background in franchise management, FMCG, or social enterprise scale-up
          • Drive alignment between country-level marketing teams and group-level brand goals.

            8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, brand strategy, or business development
            Proven experience managing teams and driving growth across multiple countries or regions
            Track record of leading new market entries or franchise/scaled business expansion
            Strong understanding of African consumer markets and digital commerce landscape
            Preferred Experience Requirements:

            Experience in a mission-driven or impact enterprise
            Background in franchise management, FMCG, or social enterprise scale-up
            Ability to work under minimum supervision
