Description

Our Client in the hospitality industry is currently looking to hire a Food & Beverage Manager.
He or She must have experience in the hospitality industry and department for at least 3 years or more. Ensuring excellent service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage. Supervising and co-coordinating the Food and Beverage Department.

Responsibilities

· To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
· To ensure that guests receive high quality service
· To recruit and train staff in the Food & Beverage Department
· To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with
· To optimize the supply chain and the use made of raw materials

Qualifications

· Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
· 3 years’ experience preferably in a busy restaurant or hotel as an F&B Manager or Supervisor
· Must be conversant with Hotel systems
· Team management, leadership & team player
· Effective management: delivering profit center profitability
· Adaptability: coping with the diversity of customers and their needs
· Thorough, initiative and good relationship skills
