Responsibilities

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract program aimed at recruiting young, vibrant, and ambitious graduates from diverse backgrounds to join our teams in Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Medical Business and Business Development.

The program begins with a formal orientation covering our core functions, including branch network and operations. Thereafter, participants will rotate across the designated functions.

Who are we looking for?

You must have graduated within the last one year, or expect to graduate on or before 31st July 2025, and be ready to launch your professional journey. You should be keen to work in a dynamic environment that will provide exposure to a professional network supporting and enabling your career development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in actuarial, Insurance, or a business-related field, obtained within the last one year with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
  • Final-year students set to graduate on or before 31st July 2025 are also eligible to apply.
  • A mean grade of B and above in KCSE (or its equivalent).
  • Proof of your degree and KCSE results slip must be attached.
  • You must be below 26 years of age.
