Finishing Process Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Finishing Process Engineer who will be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. The ideal candidate will perform the analysis of the losses in the Process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve equipment efficiency.
This position will be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process/ production line
- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line
- Working site management and being responsible for safety
- WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate in WCM pillar activity
- Bex back up in production systems
- Onboard new employees; introduce how we work
- Prepare and deliver process training and support to process performer
- Maintain and improve one’s own process expertise through training courses & project participation
- Identify new training material requirements
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree education in engineering.
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in the production area.
- Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
- Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
- Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/Maintenance or WCM.
