Financial Reporting Manager
Rafiki Microfinance Bank is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting, business analytics, and performance management functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate, timely financial and management reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and trend/variance analysis to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with statutory
- reporting (CBK and other regulators). *Manage payment processes and ensure statutory deductions and taxes are remitted on time.
- Oversee fixed assets management, verification, tagging, and insurance. *Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including reconciliations. *Support internal and external audits with timely submissions.
- Supervise and develop finance team members.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business or related field. CPA Finalist (or equivalent).
- At least 7 years’ experience (3 in a supervisory role), preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
