Description
Lead our technical sales team in the biomedical equipment sector. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead and manage the technical sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in medical equipment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of medical equipment and the healthcare industry
