We are looking for a talented and self driven e-commerce specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be fully conversant with and competent in what it takes to setup and run a successful e-commerce store. .

Responsibilities
• Setting up a fully-fledged and competitive e-commerce store
• Updating and managing product inventory
• Monitoring day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance
• Improving user experience
• Increasing website traffic and sales
• Growing brand loyalty
• Executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engines and other websites
• Search engine optimization
• Converting prospects and closing sales deals
• Ensuring timely product delivery
• Handling enquiries, queries and complaints
• Customer and after sales service
• Developing subject matter expertise in main product categories
• Handling daily business administration.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant IT related field
• E-commerce and/or digital marketing qualifications
• At least two years’ experience in handling online sales
• Experience in marketing computer hardware, software and accessories is an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience using web analytics and optimization tools
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
