Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drycleaner Supervisor to join our team in Ruiru.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in housekeeping and drycleaning operations and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Age: Preferably between 35–45 years
- Gender:Male
- Willingness to relocate to Ruiru
- Minimum Education: Diploma in related field
- Experience:At least 2 years in housekeeping or a related field
- Proven track record in factory management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on approach to operations and service delivery
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing demands
- High level of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the organization’s mission
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driving license
- Salary: Gross of Ksh 35,000 per month
