Responsibilities of the Direct Sales Executive Job
- Directly selling and promoting company products to the assigned markets.
- Acquisition & customer portfolio management.
- Improve visibility and brand image of the company.
- Marketing products and services on a daily basis to prospective customers.
- Building relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources both internally and externally.
- Ensuring the best in terms of quality of sales.
- Deriving insights to competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
- Regularly providing feedback to the Relationship Manager on the acceptance of the products.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of existing relationships/prospects.
- Identify customer needs/buyer values and proactively seek to provide products/ services to meet the identified needs.
- Analyze and screen applications for credit based on
the organization’s credit risk procedures.
- Regularly contact customers via telephone calls and physical marketing visits to obtain feedback on service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Qualifications of the Direct Sales Executive Job
- Degree/Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of three (3) years cognate experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in Digital Money Lending services is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade clients.
- Pleasant personality & Good interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and Professionalism and Unquestionable ethics.
