The Job

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Manager at ADX Virtual, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity to be right at the heart of this rapidly growing start-up.

Your Key Tasks

This position reports to the founders. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Your Profile 

  • BA or diploma in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
